About

A simple soft food finder for wisdom teeth recovery.

Browse recovery-friendly foods by stage, cuisine, and dietary need, with texture notes and simple prep ideas for the first days after surgery.

SoftBite is a practical food finder for the early stages after wisdom teeth removal. It focuses on texture, temperature, and food debris risks instead of complicated meal plans.

This tool gives general food ideas only. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace instructions from your oral surgeon, dentist, doctor, or dietitian.

Suggestions are chosen conservatively. Day 0-1 favors cool liquids, smooth purees, and no-chew foods eaten by spoon. Days 2-3 adds smooth, spoonable foods served lukewarm and without seeds, crumbs, or sharp pieces. Days 4-7 includes tender foods only when pain and swelling allow gentle chewing. Week 2 keeps options conservative while avoiding hard, sticky, sharp, spicy, or seedy foods.

Food recovery needs vary. If a food, image, tag, or note looks wrong, email the developer at developer@cedargrovesoft.com.

Suggestions follow conservative adaptations of common oral surgery recovery guidance from AAOMS / MyOMS, Cleveland Clinic, and NHS Inform.
